Job Summary

Drive sales of flooring products by focusing on specification through strong customer relationships. Own sales and profitability targets for a defined geographic area in line with the business plan, identifying new specialist contractor customers and monitoring competitor activity. Deliver technical CPD/seminars, promote new product introductions, and uncover opportunities across TM Flooring and other target markets while keeping the customer/specification process on track.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve pre-agreed sales targets and KPIs by gaining specifications and building relationships with flooring contractor customers.
•Deliver sales and profitability for a specific geographical area in line with the business plan.
•Identify potential new specialist contractor customers and maximise sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
•Carry out technical CPD/seminars and promote Sika flooring solutions, including new product introductions.
•Stay up to date on competitor activity and identify opportunities for TM Flooring and other target markets.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years commercial experience in a sales or technical role, ideally within the construction sector.

•Effective communicator who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
•Ability to maximise sales opportunities across the existing customer base and identify new customers.
