Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor backlog and prioritize schedules within assigned production areas.
  • •Sequence production orders to meet customer promise dates while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Develop, maintain, and monitor master production schedules with Materials Planning, Production, and Maintenance teams.
  • •Monitor material and raw meat inventory levels and communicate potential shortages and schedule changes to Customer Service and Sales.
  • •Analyze production and inventory data, resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain scheduling records and reports, and provide backup for the Finished Product Scheduler.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • •Experience with planning, scheduling, or production coordination.

  • •Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
