Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of production planners (or team leads) across sites under the incumbent’s supervision.
  • •Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products and short-term finished goods availability within a 0–12 week horizon for the assigned portfolio.
  • •Manage exceptions in the 0–12 week horizon, collaborating on root-cause analysis and driving corrective and preventative actions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • •Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS), coordinating CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan.
  • •Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence and report/analyze KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service results.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years in supply chain (materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
  • •2 years of experience as a manager of people.
  • •Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain, logistics).
  • •Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, SIOP, materials management, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, MPS, capacity analysis, inventory management).
  • •Working understanding of MRP; CPIM certification is a plus.
