VDI System Administrator

Administer VDI systems to support end-users on a DOT EITSS proposal, including creating and deploying application packages, managing VDI image creation and distribution, and applying system updates and patches. Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver incident resolution for escalated support. Maintain and secure network and computing environments, monitor in-house systems, ensure operational documentation, and write scripts to automate administration tasks.
