•Define the long-term CMS roadmap and strategy in collaboration with product, design, and engineering leadership.
•Drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver infrastructure-related product requirements for CMS/DAM.
•Champion open source approaches and build tools that fit engineering workflows.
•Partner with the Editor team to connect dynamic content to Figma product surfaces in new ways.
•Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and articulate the value of foundational improvements across the organization.

Salary: USD 169,000 - 303,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager or equivalent title
•2+ years of experience in the content or digital asset management space

•Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills spanning both technical and UX disciplines
•Strong technical background with frontend development, headless content management systems, and the infra that brings all of it together
