Own the design, standardization, and implementation of global Record-to-Report (R2R) processes as part of an enterprise transformation initiative deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Lead the R2R workstream by analyzing current finance processes, driving simplification and automation, partnering with the systems integrator on Oracle Fusion Financials modules, and ensuring end-to-end testing, data migration, and change management across finance and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream for Project Phoenix.
•Analyze As-Is finance processes and design standardized To-Be global R2R processes, eliminating non-value-added activities.
•Partner with the systems integrator to implement Oracle Fusion Financials and review solution designs while minimizing customization.
•Develop standardized global processes across journal entries, close activities, reconciliations, consolidation, reporting, and close calendar.
•Lead finance-related testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), support data migration, and enable change management activities including documentation, training, and hypercare.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
•CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
•8+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or financial systems.
•Minimum 3 years implementing Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS.
•Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and experience leading cross-functional, global projects.
