Job Summary

Own and manage high-volume Americas HR operations workflows across the employee lifecycle, including offboarding, transfers/job changes, and employee data changes. Use AI and analytics to discover inefficiencies, strengthen controls, and drive automation for more accurate, timely, compliant execution. Partner with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Legal, IT, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS), resolve escalations, and lead projects, SOP documentation, and training to standardize HR operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage high-volume Americas HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong employee/stakeholder experience.
•Leverage AI tools and data analytics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, designing AI-powered solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and strengthen controls.
•Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, IT, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve escalations.
•Recommend, design, and document HR operations processes and SOPs for offboarding, transfers/job changes, and employee data changes, ensuring regional compliance.
•Partner with HRIS and engineering teams to build automated workflows and monitor HR operations metrics, generating insights and leading standardization projects/training.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of HR operations experience supporting employee lifecycle processes such as offboarding/separations, transfers/job changes, and employee data changes; Workday experience preferred.
•Demonstrated experience using AI tools (workflow automation, AI-based analytics, RPA, or LLM-powered tools) to improve HR processes.
•Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and compliance requirements affecting HR operations workflows (offboarding, final pay, benefits continuation, job/status changes, data accuracy).
•Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
