Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical SME and primary champion for rollout of an agentic AI platform, partnering with HR to support technical requests/access and implement high-impact AI use cases.
  • •Define, monitor, and report enterprise AI costs by department, creating dashboards to optimize allocations and fiscal efficiency.
  • •Partner with Information Security and legal to review and assess new AI tools/vendors and validate AI connectivity implementation.
  • •Collaborate with internal infrastructure and security platform engineering teams to translate AI guardrails into frictionless business enablement policies.
  • •Architect and document repeatable IT operational workflows, including training modules and SOPs for AI ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and license management.

Salary: USD 136,000 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement, plus 4 years technical program management.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or supporting generative AI productivity suites across corporate environments (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot).
  • •Experience integrating with frontier LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems, plus software fundamentals in Python and C++.
  • •Ability to design with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connect AI systems to internal legacy databases and web APIs.
  • •Experience building dashboard telemetry using APIs and BI tooling (e.g., Sheets, SQL, Looker) to track utilization, licensing, or operational costs.
