Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for crew safety and implementation of business unit safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • •Ensure crew/turn safety activities are implemented to meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • •Maintain interpersonal relationships with external and internal individuals.
  • •Develop employees to maximize performance potential and support employee retention and customer satisfaction.
  • •Assist in management of all Coke Making activities as part of the management team, including enforcement of rules and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated organizational skills and capability to achieve results through people, technology, and processing equipment.
