Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the grand account development through a field team distributed in France, coordinating with Business Lines and Atos partners to pursue high-value project sales and provide technology advisory services.
•Identify actions for prospecting to open new territories, leveraging IT/Métiers use cases and innovative solutions.
•Be the client’s commercial interlocutor, strengthening trust with IT and business units and guiding a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
•Structure disruptive commercial and contractual proposals to enable closed deals and orders.
•Negotiate commercial terms with support from Contract Manager and Programme Director up to contract signatures and order placements.

•8+ years of experience in Sales leadership for a major account in technology consulting or ESN
•Proven track record in sales within the transportation sector with direct engagement with Management, Operations and Purchasing
•Ability to define and execute grand account development through a field team distributed across France, collaborating with Business Lines and Atos partners
•Ability to identify opportunities and shape disruptive commercial offers and contracts; comfortable with complex, high-value sales cycles
•Experience selling Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Gen/AI, ERP solutions with a value-based approach to IT/Métiers stakeholders
