Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements.
  • •Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies, and ensuring smooth event execution across jurisdictions.
  • •Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • •Manage legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and assist with internal compliance (including intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters).
  • •Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts, including coordination with litigation specialists and relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in-house experience-economy and/or live production.
  • •Have experience supporting content production teams and production-related legal matters.
  • •Be a solution-oriented, strategic thinker who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
  • •Native or bilingual English; additional languages are a plus.
  • •Be able to take ownership, prioritize resources, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
