Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting restrooms and surfaces, keeping guest areas free of trash, and restocking hygiene supplies.
•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment using safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
•Perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions; diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test/make adjustments.
•Perform regular preventive maintenance and support sustainability and end-of-show venue closeout tasks, including equipment handling and recycling collection.

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
•An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Position requires constant walking and climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying 50 lbs+ with occasional sitting.
