Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and schedule service department associates, including hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring performance.
  • •Operate the service department at maximum production by overseeing repair order flow, quality checks, and shop equipment readiness.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and misunderstandings quickly, communicating proactively, and maintaining CSI targets.
  • •Control service operations by collecting accounts receivable, coordinating with parts on stocking, obtaining bids for tools/equipment/sublet repairs, and maintaining accurate service and warranty records.
  • •Ensure compliance by enforcing safety policies, reporting integrity-compromising circumstances, and understanding federal/state/local regulations affecting service and parts operations.
