Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface daily with the Maintenance Manager to plan and implement maintenance work priorities.
  • •Attend and participate in daily pre-shift safety meetings and use required PPE and Lockout/Tagout safety systems.
  • •Serve as the key maintenance resource on the assigned production shift to troubleshoot, repair, and minimize downtime.
  • •Use CMMS to schedule, track, and log work orders; use JDE/scanner to sign parts out appropriately and complete required paperwork.
  • •Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed, train other technicians as appropriate, and order parts/materials to support PMs and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and/or training (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Working knowledge of electrical systems (advanced electrical knowledge highly desired).
  • •Strong mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills, plus experience with hand and power tools.
  • •Ability to understand and work with a computer and program (including strong computer skills).
  • •Knowledge of machinery used in flexographic printing and blown film manufacturing is highly desired, along with clear communication to non-technical teams.
