Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve basic inquiries across Aon Client Services (ACS) delivery and refer complex issues to senior team members.
  • •Retrieve compliance documentation needed to process renewals, invoices, and related ACS results.
  • •Process client requests such as initiating renewals, handling invoices, issuing renewal/urgent certificates, and processing endorsements.
  • •Monitor and attend to Polaris requests promptly and ensure outputs align with guidelines and policy details.
  • •Perform document uploads/indexing, support outsourced provider inquiries, and complete pre-renewal account reviews with sales and broking teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ months of insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • •High attention to detail.
  • •Strong interpersonal, collaborative, oral, and written communication skills.
  • •Outstanding customer service and ability to work in a team environment.
  • •Proficiency with the MS Office suite; post-secondary education in an insurance-related field or equivalent office experience is preferred.
