Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with RSADF end-users, providing regular program updates and coordinating expectations with Raytheon OCONUS/CONUS teams.
  • •Ensure full program scope delivery, technical compliance, and milestone achievement are effectively communicated with RSADF top leadership.
  • •Provide single point-of-contact support to RSADF for ongoing operations and sustainment of deployed THAAD radars in the kingdom.
  • •Partner with MDA FMS Case Management and Lockheed Martin leadership on THAAD personnel site access and RFI request efforts through RSADF projects directorate.
  • •Serve as primary interface for Raytheon THAAD contract scope with KSA stakeholders (RSADF, MoD, MoI, and Saudi industry partners) and conduct governance reviews with KSA stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years’ experience.
  • •Saudi Nationality is required for this position.
  • •Experience interfacing with RSADF General Officer Staff and the MoD, including RSADF senior military officer or civilian equivalent experience.
  • •Familiarity with U.S. defense contracting, specifically Air & Missile Defense Systems and military industrialization capabilities.
  • •Strong English and Arabic communication skills and a proven track record managing large, complex defense programs and localization/industrialization efforts.
