  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
  • •Handle daily parts orders, including shipping and receiving.
  • •Obtain and prepare parts quotes; order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus).
  • •Previous or current experience with budgeting and invoice accuracy.
  • •Knowledge of Excel and the use of spreadsheets.
  • •Must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 75–100 lbs; also able to operate a forklift/telehandler.
