Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve the platform to prevent incidents by designing and driving adoption of guardrails, sensible defaults, and engineering standards across services.
  • •Build tooling to reduce incident mitigation time, including contributing to AI-assisted incident response capabilities.
  • •Investigate and follow through on load test findings, translating results into reliability improvements for critical flows.
  • •Act as a technical influencer across platform and product teams through architecture and readiness reviews, coaching service owners, and driving scalable reliability practices.
  • •Identify recurring failure patterns and design platform-level fixes to prevent them from reappearing across services.
