Key Responsibilities

•Define architectural standards and end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, including integration with customer systems and data/transformation goals.
•Lead secure, scalable architecture decisions and make trade-offs (build vs configure, custom vs standard, phased vs big-bang) tied to customer outcomes.
•Design AI deployment agent workflows (Apollo), including validation checkpoints and quality gates; create reusable templates and patterns for deployment teams.
•Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into Celonis platform strategies and success metrics for transformation roadmaps.
•Own solution quality and outcome delivery across engagements by running design reviews, ensuring delivery teams follow architectural standards, and bridging pre-sales to post-sales commitments.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership for enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead technical role on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
•Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, with strong enterprise architecture trade-off judgment.
•Expert-level mastery of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation/orchestration engine, and AI modules; working knowledge of Python.
•Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows using frontier tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), including context engineering and multi-agent design/validation at scale.
•Fluency in English and German; Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering).
