Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert approved processes and work instructions into concise, learner-oriented content.
  • •Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules and develop persona-based learning journeys and modular learning assets.
  • •Develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists, and supporting learner materials.
  • •Work with Lead Trainer and Process/Revenue Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy and apply instructional standards consistently.
  • •Maintain source traceability and version control, incorporate screenshots/system examples when stable, and package final assets for Highspot Platform Team handoff including content QA support.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing eLearning or digital learning content.
  • •Excellent business writing skills and ability to simplify complex information for learners.
  • •Experience converting complex processes into learner-friendly training content.
  • •Familiarity with LMS and enablement platform content standards.
  • •Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability.
