Financial Center Manager

Oversee the daily operation of a financial center to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and an ethical, inclusive sales culture. Lead recruiting, retention, training, and development of team members, including succession to Assistant Financial Center Manager. Drive small business growth, refer clients to the right lines of business, coordinate CRA and community engagement, and manage branch operations and budgets while providing guidance, conflict resolution, and exceptional customer service.
