Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • •8+ years of professional experience in hardware product development, sustainment, or manufacturing engineering
  • •Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, FMEA)
  • •Deep understanding of fabrication and assembly-level failure analysis methods (e.g., CT scan, X-ray, visual inspection, cross-sectioning, SEM image analysis)
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices; familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB)
