Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge Regional Supply and Demand Planning and country teams to manage supply chain matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • •Drive and coordinate S&OP processes, participating in demand reviews, supply reviews, and Open-to-Buy meetings to align demand, supply, and financial plans.
  • •Communicate slow-moving/discontinued product situations and support inventory reduction plans, including markdown operations, returns to vendor, and minimizing aged stock.
  • •Review and validate Open-to-Buy, monitor store replenishment and OSA performance, and flag issues to the team.
  • •Act as control tower and point of contact to optimize service, cost, and inventory imperatives, improving forecast accuracy through rolling consensus forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • •At least 6 years of experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), including demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • •Proven ability to lead S&OP processes and balance supply and demand while integrating financial and operational planning.
  • •Experience managing product lifecycles from launch to discontinuation, including strategies to reduce inventory and minimize aged stock.
  • •Technical proficiency in S&OP and ERP software, plus advanced data analysis tools.
