Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project management commissions and help ensure successful delivery.
  • •Provide client-side project management across the lifecycle, from option studies through design, procurement support, tender documentation, and on-site delivery.
  • •Administer NEC4 contracts via a contract management system, including post-contract management and general administration.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement, scope of service, and resolution of disputes when possible, including H&S, risk, quality, and schedule management.
  • •Support and mentor Graduates and Apprentices, while developing relationships and supporting business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure project management experience with essential Water industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC, ideally working towards NEC ECC Accreditation.
  • •Experience working in integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
  • •Good communication and organisational skills with strong relationship building across clients and stakeholders.
  • •2 to 4 years of proven experience delivering a full spectrum of project management (including meeting chairing/minuting, PEP, progress reports, tender documentation, and post-contract administration).
