Job Summary

Manage and deliver water-industry capital investment projects for the Environment Agency’s FRAM program, working within AECOM’s Infrastructure Project Management team across the North, Midlands, and Scotland regions. Provide client-side project management support throughout the full lifecycle—option studies through design, procurement, NEC4 contract administration, and on-site delivery—while coordinating stakeholders, schedules, risk, H&S, quality, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project management commissions and help ensure successful delivery.
•Provide client-side project management across the lifecycle, from option studies through design, procurement support, tender documentation, and on-site delivery.
•Administer NEC4 contracts via a contract management system, including post-contract management and general administration.
•Manage stakeholder engagement, scope of service, and resolution of disputes when possible, including H&S, risk, quality, and schedule management.
•Support and mentor Graduates and Apprentices, while developing relationships and supporting business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Infrastructure project management experience with essential Water industry experience.
•Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC, ideally working towards NEC ECC Accreditation.
•Experience working in integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
•Good communication and organisational skills with strong relationship building across clients and stakeholders.
•2 to 4 years of proven experience delivering a full spectrum of project management (including meeting chairing/minuting, PEP, progress reports, tender documentation, and post-contract administration).
