Personal Banker Associate I

Build customer relationships and support retail banking needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Maintain product and service knowledge for consumer and small business banking, proactively reach out with approved marketing tools, and cross-sell while setting appointments for periodic financial reviews. Process teller transactions, support customer experience goals, and refer clients to business partners for holistic solutions. Complete onboarding and training rotations toward the Retail Personal Banker role, including a certification at program end.
