Job Summary

Lead and support a portfolio of Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) programs in the Advanced Technology business unit, spanning IRAD and CRAD initiatives. Oversee execution against technical, cost, and schedule requirements; set portfolio strategic objectives; and manage program plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and risk. Serve as the primary execution point of contact with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, and grow a program management team while ensuring compliance and tracking performance metrics for leadership updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IRAD and CRAD programs, ensuring adherence to technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, interfacing with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
•Develop and manage program plans, including defining objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
•Drive risk management processes, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and continuous monitoring.
•Grow and lead a program management team focused on individual efforts, mentoring them to provide comprehensive program coverage.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience managing IRAD and/or CRAD programs from initiation through execution.
•Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Proposal experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.
