Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the system test plan covering functional, integration, performance, and load testing, and maintain it as a formal deliverable.
  • •Translate product acceptance criteria into executable tests; review criteria with product before development and identify ambiguous or untestable requirements.
  • •Build and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline as release gates; establish coverage standards.
  • •Plan and coordinate customer user acceptance testing and track findings to resolution.
  • •Maintain version inventory and produce test reports, evaluation records, and rollback criteria; ensure no release ships without required evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering with substantial dedicated test ownership.
  • •Strong coding ability for test automation in languages/frameworks used for the stack (e.g., Python with pytest, or JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) and the ability to read application code.
  • •Experience building automated test suites and integrating them into CI/CD as release gates, including owning a test plan through review and acceptance.
  • •Experience with performance and load testing and establishing what results do and do not demonstrate.
  • •US Citizenship Required and an active US Secret clearance for work in a controlled government cloud environment, plus willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
