Implementation Manager

Own the onboarding and rollout of KPI Ninja offerings for healthcare organizations, leading successful implementations across hundreds of facilities in the United States. Build and maintain governance and project plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate internal/external resources. Serve as a single point of contact and liaison between stakeholders, vendors, internal IT groups, and end users. Use project management methodology to deliver promised business functionality while monitoring risks and performance metrics.
