Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful implementations of KPI Ninja service offerings for participating healthcare organizations.
  • •Create and manage implementation plans and project governance documents; maintain operating structure using project management methodology.
  • •Serve as a single point of contact/escalation for customers and coordinate resources and subject matter experts.
  • •Manage scope, stakeholder expectations, schedule, and budget; evaluate activities, build contingency plans, and monitor issue resolution.
  • •Oversee integrated testing/validation, development of training materials, and training; support change management and adherence to defined standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose interoperability problems, accurately documenting probable causes.
  • •Identify root cause, test, and implement solutions.
  • •Understand Health Information Exchange (HIE) landscape and Health Information Technology (HIT).
  • •Understanding of HL7 V2, C-CDA, FHIR, and other healthcare message standards.
  • •Associate degree (or equivalent role experience) and prior project management experience in an HIE/HIE vendor or healthcare organization.
