Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • •Develop, test, implement, and deploy ML models and AI solutions from research/prototyping to production.
  • •Build and iterate proof of concepts (POCs) and collaborate with development teams to align with customer requirements.
  • •Continuously monitor and evaluate AI model and process performance, implementing enhancements to maintain optimal results.
  • •Provide technical support during deployment, document architectures/decisions, and support mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of experience with 1–2 years focused on AI/ML and related platforms (e.g., Power Platform, GCP).
  • •Proficiency in GenAI/agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and time-series/prediction models, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, plus LangChain (preferred).
  • •Strong Python development experience with AI/ML and data libraries such as Hugging Face, scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib/Plotly/Dash.
  • •Experience implementing AI/ML and GenAI solutions in strictly regulated financial organizations.
  • •A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
