Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver scalable, secure integration solutions and platforms for federal customers, focusing on logs, metrics, health, and diagnostics.
•Collaborate as a technical liaison between the Integration Platform and Workday Government to ensure robust observability and platform reliability.
•Develop reusable components and microservices to be embedded in larger enterprise frameworks.
•Write high-quality, well-tested code in Java or Scala with a focus on concurrency and performance.
•Contribute to architecture discussions and enforce design patterns and OO principles across the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,000 - 205,400 annually

•3+ years of strong professional background in Java and extensive experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
•Ability to design and develop enterprise solutions with a focus on high quality, scalability, and availability.
•A minimalist approach to design, preferring to build small, reusable components that can be embedded in larger frameworks.
•A proven understanding and practical use of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming
•A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. You thrive on working closely with team members to achieve shared delivery goals.
