Key Responsibilities

  • •Own capital projects from concept to completion, managing and scheduling work to deliver on time and on budget while meeting safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
  • •Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and high-impact scheduling to reduce downtime.
  • •Lead and manage the maintenance team by delegating tasks, enforcing policies, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely in compliance with regulations.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and solve operational challenges with short-term fixes and long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • •Develop and track maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams through development or project leadership.
  • •Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation) and ability to plan resources in a large manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems and work order processes, including preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and clear written/oral communication.
