Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology to upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
  • •Conduct abnormal analysis and drive improvements to maximize yield using tools, processes, or wafer fabrication recipes
  • •Troubleshoot wafer fabrication issues and perform root cause analysis
  • •Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations, including long-term defect investigations
  • •Evaluate products against design/performance specifications and recommend process improvements or equipment changes for new product/part types

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
