Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and engage the supply chain team, including performance management and succession planning.
  • •Monitor and report supply chain performance using metrics like OTIF, service levels, inventory turnover, DIO, stockouts, and slow-moving materials.
  • •Oversee the full order fulfillment cycle from procurement to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • •Own planning alignment by connecting demand forecasts, production capacity, and material availability, and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • •Drive procurement, inventory/materials, and warehousing/logistics optimization, and run continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Just-in-Time.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • •Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments (asset).
  • •Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
