Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage workflow of assigned pay groups to ensure bi-weekly payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
•Process and audit employee updates related to compensation, job changes, transfers, garnishments/levies, and terminations.
•Resolve payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and perform manual checks.
•Provide customer service to employee, vendor, and manager inquiries related to payroll.
•Enforce SOX & RACM compliance, respond to tax notices/mailings, and support internal/external audits and reporting requests.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Accounting or a related field.
•2+ years of payroll experience, including exempt and non-exempt payroll, with knowledge of union implications to payroll processing.
•Strong knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
•Ability to handle confidential material.
•Advanced computer skills, including Excel.
