Supervisor - Payroll

Supervise payroll activities to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery, including special payrolls like bonuses and fringe benefits. Review staffing coverage, conduct payroll record reconciliation, review, and audits, and maintain SOX control adherence. Lead and train team members, manage direct reports’ performance evaluations, and serve as the escalation point for complex pay issues and payroll law changes. Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and unions while protecting payroll data confidentiality.
