•Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
•Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.
•Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
•Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
•Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,380 - 162,800 annually
