Draft audit issues and recommendations, help with reporting and wrap-up, and build stakeholder relationships while applying risk and internal control standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist audit team management with planning engagements, including identifying business processes, key risks, and critical controls, and evaluating control design adequacy.
•Perform or supervise staff auditors in testing controls using sampling and control testing techniques; document work to support scope and conclusions.
•Interview auditees, identify/analyze business processes, and document findings in TeamMate Audit Solutions to meet CAS policies and standards.
•Draft audit issues under supervision, including exposures, significance, root causes, and operationally effective cost-conscious recommendations.
•Assist with audit reporting and wrap-up phases, including drafting audit reports, while building stakeholder relationships and applying coaching received.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,820 - 109,200 annually

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically more than five years of applicable finance and/or risk experience.
•Relevant financial services industry and/or bank operations knowledge.
•Thorough understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and internal controls.
•CIA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation or advanced degree.
