Job Summary

Commercial analyst for Mercado Libre’s Marketplace, leading management of top integrators and certified consultancies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth. You’ll develop annual and quarterly business plans with partner consultancies, monitor KPI performance, and execute incentive programs to acquire new customers and expand the seller network.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the commercial management for the leading integrators and act as the strategic bridge between the Marketplace and certified consultancies.
•Collaborate with certified consultancies to create and execute an annual and quarterly business plan to drive growth of the partner network and sellers.
•Monitor and report on business indicators impacted by integrators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
•Implement incentive programs to drive new customer acquisition and adoption of new Marketplace features by sellers.
•Serve as the go-to reference for consultants within the company, coordinating with various teams to develop programs and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
•Advanced proficiency with pivot tables, data visualization tools, and SQL; experience with BigQuery and AI applications for scaling commercial management.
•Ability to lead the commercial relationship with key integrators and act as a bridge between the Marketplace and certified consultancies.
•Experience in creating and executing annual and quarterly business plans to drive partner and seller network growth.
