Senior Field Sales Representative (NextGear)

Develop new business and drive monthly revenue targets for NextGear Capital in a defined territory, partnering with auction general managers and Portfolio Managers to expand opportunities. Educate dealers on inventory financing and ancillary products, build prospects through cold calling and referrals, and manage customer engagement through the first six months of the dealer lifecycle. Own performance goals across applications, loan development, enrollments, and ancillary product sales while traveling up to 25% of the time.
