Job Summary

Load and stage job sites and prepare deliveries by safely unloading and delivering building materials to customer-assigned areas. Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, complete pre-trip inspections, secure equipment and materials on the truck, and navigate delivery routes. Maintain the truck and equipment for the next day’s work while prioritizing schedules, managing stress to meet customer deadlines, and communicating clearly with customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow OSHA and DOT compliance for the safety of personnel.
•Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure order accuracy.
•Safely unload product and deliver it to assigned areas as directed by customers.
•Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on the truck and prepare the truck and equipment for the following day.
•Navigate routes to job sites and restore job sites/prepare for future deliveries.

•Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately, with stamina to lift at least 75 lbs.
•Ability to work independently and on a team, establishing effective working relationships with Field Operations and Field Support Center teams.
•Demonstrated ability to self-manage with initiative, proactively drive results, and manage competing job site priorities.
•Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing with coworkers and customers.
•Stamina and physical capability to meet physical demands of standing and moving/loading materials during deliveries.
