Own payroll operations for ~39,000 employees, ensuring timely processing in line with tax, social security, and labor/collective bargaining rules. Manage employee master data, contract changes, and sickness insurance obligation assessments, liaising with social security bodies and authorities. Provide HR administration services via SAP HR systems, communicate with employees and HR stakeholders, and contribute to projects and process optimization.
