Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and day-to-day people matters.
  • •Support employee relations activities such as absence management, performance concerns, conduct issues, flexible working requests, and wellbeing matters.
  • •Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including recruitment administration, onboarding, probation management, employee changes/transfers, contractual amendments, and offboarding.
  • •Support monthly payroll by coordinating employee changes and ensuring payroll inputs are submitted correctly and on time; liaise with payroll providers and benefits administrators to resolve queries.
  • •Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee/organizational data in HR systems and produce routine HR reports, dashboards, and management information.
