Partner with hiring managers to define needs and refine role scopes, run proactive talent mapping and employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through offer. Join a distributed team of Talent Acquisition professionals across France and the US, with a flexible, remote-from-France setup and a Paris home base.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent across software engineering, software architecture, DevOps, product, design, and data roles.
•Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to define hiring needs and refine role scopes, talent strategy, and OKRs.
•Run data-driven recruitment and sourcing approaches such as proactive outreach and talent mapping.
•Lead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing processes, and closing candidates.
•Drive improvements to how the company hires and coach interview best practices for 360Learners.
