Hoist Control Specialist

Operate and monitor underground hoist systems to safely transport personnel and materials. Review system checks each shift, coordinate maintenance support for conveyances and shaft infrastructure, and manage critical systems including ventilation, cooling, and dewatering. Track underground personnel for visibility and accountability, dispatch crews to address issues, and initiate mine evacuation and emergency response procedures when required. Work under the Underground Operations Supervisor in a safety-first team at Resolution Copper near Superior, Arizona.
