Job Summary

Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for construction projects supporting the NX Foundation Solutions business, serving as the primary liaison for demand/supply planning and on-time, on-budget material delivery. Own project delivery for foundation hardware, installation equipment, and spare parts, coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain and partner functions, manage risks with recovery plans, and deliver executive-level KPI reporting. This onsite role is based in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison to align demand/supply plans, material readiness, equipment readiness, and on-time delivery schedules.
•Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for Foundation Solutions construction projects from early-stage handoff through delivery, closeout, and field support.
•Own on-time and on-budget delivery for foundation hardware, installation equipment, and spare parts/up-fit kits.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Fleet Management, Finance, and Project Operations.
•Design recovery plans, act as first-line escalation, and provide executive-level KPI and budget performance reporting.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
•15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations, with exposure to construction, solar, industrial equipment, or machinery industries.
•Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing regional or global teams.
•Strong planning, forecasting, and inventory management skills with emphasis on project-based logistics.
•Advanced user of planning and data tools (e.g., Anaplan, Excel, Access, ERP systems).
