•Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects for modern payment systems.
•Manage delivery across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, and quality, including backlog and priorities.
•Define and execute project governance to ensure clear decision-making and accountability.
•Coordinate cross-functional technical squads across internal teams and clients (architects, developers, implementation specialists).
•Act as the main interface between clients and internal teams, communicating complex technical concepts and guiding implementation roadmaps and architecture decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years managing technology implementation, digital transformation, software delivery, or related technical projects.
•Experience leading technical squads in agile environments.
•Proven track record delivering complex technology projects and managing end-to-end delivery outcomes.
•Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
