Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for corporate variable openings, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and all steps in between.
•Partner with functional leaders and the broader Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting processes.
•Provide a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
•Proactively attract and engage top talent through active and passive sourcing, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, and internal hires.
•Strengthen the Nourish employer brand and hiring process by introducing new ideas and best practices and influencing the business to set a talent acquisition standard.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of recruiting experience.
•Experience working at a startup with fast growth.
•Enjoy end-to-end recruiting, with a headhunter mindset for finding talent.
•Passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in the hiring process.
•Data, systems, and process orientation, with a track record of meeting headcount targets while preserving candidate quality.
