Key Responsibilities

  • •Consultatively determine customer needs, build rapport, and provide options across 5+ carriers to address unique exposures.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with members, nonmembers, and insurance carriers using technical knowledge and communication.
  • •Use compliance and insurance standards and Agency Management Systems documentation to limit Errors & Omissions (E&O) exposure.
  • •Classify businesses and provide accurate risk management and risk mitigation solutions.
  • •Facilitate periodic account reviews and provide account service (policy changes, certificates, endorsements, renewals/non-renewals, remarkets, cancellations, reinstatements, record updates).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • •1 year of experience managing, retaining, servicing, and expanding commercial insurance relationships in an agency or broker setting.
  • •Demonstrated product and underwriting knowledge to support commercial coverage needs.
  • •Experience using Agency Management Systems (AMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and multiple carrier platforms.
  • •Valid General Lines Insurance License for home state and/or ability to obtain home state and multistate licenses within 90 days.
