Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk from initiation through close-out.
  • •Define project success criteria and develop detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and work plans.
  • •Lead project delivery resources/team and implement communication plans, including meeting facilitation and written reporting.
  • •Review design sets and construction documents for consistency with scope, constructability, and cost efficiency; coordinate drawings across consultants.
  • •Track progress vs. approved budgets and timelines, report status/variances, create action plans, and manage change requests through client approvals and issued change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing commercial office, retail, workplace, or fit-out projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • •Fluency in English; Thai language skills preferred (additional languages are an advantage).
