Job Summary

Lead platform and emerging solution adoption by designing and executing scalable one-to-many enablement and value realisation programs. Serve as a solution authority bridging platform capabilities and customer strategy, advising on complex challenges and accelerating customer time to value and sustained solution health. Partner with Product and Engineering to remove friction points and advocate for self-service improvements, while influencing the product roadmap through high-value customer feedback. Provide technical enablement and training to CSMs to reduce reliance on ad-hoc support.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a key advisor to navigate complex customer challenges and accelerate time to value and sustained solution health.
•Translate functional solution mastery into tangible business outcomes by connecting platform execution to customer business strategy.
•Design and deliver one-to-many enablement programs (e.g., expert-led office hours, webinars, targeted content) to address customer needs at scale.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to identify friction points, advocate for platform improvements, and champion self-service features.
•Influence roadmap and enablement by synthesising solution feedback, collaborating with Product Management, and developing internal training content for CSMs.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.
•6+ years of progressive experience in a specialised, customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Customer Success Manager).
•Track record of creating and delivering technical training content.
•Proven track record designing and leading scalable enablement programs or digital transformation initiatives.
•Exceptional executive communication skills (written and verbal) to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
